The varieties produced by the company are of the type attributable to the netted with slice, typical of the area. The season begins in June and ends at the end of July.
The company produces Crimson Sweet type watermelon varieties, medium-large size (14/16 kg) with prominent dark green stripes. The production season covers the months of July and August.
The available hot chili pepper is of the Etna variety with medium spiciness, which is harvested and packaged during the period from August until December.
